Thank you for shopping with ORSA Petshop. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
1.1 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
1.2 During high-demand periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays.
1.3 Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Times
2.1 ORSA Petshop works with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners to bring you quality products at fair prices. As part of this model, orders are shipped directly from our partner facilities, which may be located outside your country of residence.
2.2 Estimated delivery time, once your order has shipped, is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the destination country's customs processing.
2.3 Total estimated time from order placement to delivery (processing + shipping) is generally 8–17 business days. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Customs clearance and inspections
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Extreme weather or natural events
- High order volume during peak seasons
2.4 We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Rates
3.1 Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method.
3.2 We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on select products or order thresholds. Any such promotions will be clearly indicated on the site.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
4.2 Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update, as it may take some time for the carrier to scan the package into their system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
5.1 International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5.2 We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order if you are concerned about additional fees.
5.3 ORSA Petshop is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
6.1 Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ORSA Petshop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6.2 If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately at tbao12025@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
7.1 If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local delivery office, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before arrival.
7.2 If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at tbao12025@gmail.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
7.3 ORSA Petshop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
8. Multiple Items and Split Shipments
8.1 If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers and may arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
8.2 This does not affect your total shipping cost, which is calculated at checkout for your entire order.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
9.1 If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tbao12025@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on replacements and refunds.
